What do I mean by Awakening the Sacred?

I believe that we each carry a direct connection to the Sacred—the inner source of wisdom and vitality that reveals our deepest desires, guides us toward purpose, and invites us into healing and wholeness.

When we awaken this connection, we begin to live with more authenticity, presence, and creative aliveness. We remember our innate wholeness and the truth of who we are meant to be.
